The New Jersey Gaming Enforcement Administration released its March 2024 report, highlighting an increase in iGame multipliers and a slight decrease in betting revenue; casino multipliers, on the other hand, were stable.
The nine casino hotel properties in New Jersey totaled $239.8 million in March 2024, according to the division, up 4.9% year over year, exceeding the $228.6 million reported in March 2023.

Internet gaming sales, on the other hand, grew 19% in March 2024 to $197.2 million. For comparison, casinos and online partners posted $165.7 million in sales in March 2023.
In terms of year-over-year results, internet gaming revenue was $562.8 million, up 22% from $461.2 million a year ago.
Finally, total sports betting revenue reported by casinos, racetracks and partners in New Jersey fell 3.6% to $89.7 million. For reference, the sports betting industry reported revenue of $93 million in March 2023.
This year, casinos, racetracks and partners have reported total sports betting revenue of $328 million. The figure represents a 49.1% year-over-year increase when companies reported total sports betting revenue of $220 million.
Overall, casino companies in the Garden State reported a total gaming revenue of $526.6 million for March 2024. This figure reflects an 8.1% increase from $487.4 million in March 2023. In terms of full-year results, the state’s gambling sector reported revenue of $1.55 billion, an increase of 15.7% from $1.34 billion.
