Station Casino, a subsidiary of Red Rock Resort and a leading hotel and casino company based in the South Las Vegas suburb of Summerlin, Nevada, has publicly expressed its intention to double its presence in Southern Nevada by building a new resort on Station Casino land on the southern edge of Henderson’s valley.
The proposed hotel casino by station will be located in Henderson’s Inspirada community and will include a 600-room hotel, 80,000 square feet of casino and 30,000 square feet of meeting space.
In addition, it will include restaurants, bowling alleys, and movie theaters.
In a letter to Henderson Council, Scott Kreger, president of Red Rock Resorts, said, “This project will provide a similar customer experience to Red Rock Resorts in Summerlin and Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson.”
The company will begin construction of the resort in January 2024, and the project will proceed in three stages. 바카라
The letter to Henderson City Council was part of the station’s effort to purchase city-owned parcels next to the 45-acre casino site.
Henderson Council approved the station’s $1.75 million bid for the 3.76-acre site in early October.
The council will meet on Tuesday, December 13 to draw up guidelines for purchase agreements and transaction escrow.
On the one hand, the main purpose of the purchase is the station’s intention to double its presence in Southern Nevada.
In a related development, the company is building a $750 million Durango resort in the Southwest Valley, and a company official said, “The station is making plans for other large parcels in Southern Nevada that we own with the goal of doubling the company’s portfolio by 2030.”
