Bally’s Corporation named two executives

Bally’s Corporation announced the appointment of global Chief Compliance Officer Don Westcott as SVP and Tammi Barlow as First Vice President of Global Accountability and Social Impact.

Westcott is a compliance leader with more than 25 years of experience in the financial and gaming industry. Most recently, he was head of global compliance at Nuvei, an international payment service provider. Prior to that, Westcott served as vice president and director at Fortune 500 companies Fiserv and First Data. While in the financial sector, he developed a regulatory compliance program and control framework that enables the services of financial institutions and financial service providers within the gaming industry. He began a professional career within the gaming industry, which included leadership roles with other companies Caesars Entertainment, Osage Casino and Isle of Capri Casino. A full-grown Westcott began his gaming career at Jumer’s Casino & Hotel, now a quad city in Bali. He holds an M.B.A. from Georgia State University.

Vallow has more than 10 years of experience in building and managing responsible gaming and corporate social responsibility programs for companies in the gaming industry. She is a highly experienced executive with a proven track record of developing a successful responsible gaming and community engagement program that complies with regulatory requirements and improves communities around the world. Prior to joining Bali, she led the development and implementation of Rush Street Interactive’s corporate social responsibility strategy, including the continued implementation of RSI’s responsible gaming initiatives. As part of his role, Vallow worked with C-suite executives and outside industry professionals to develop strategies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion programs in RSI, expand CSR programs, and create the first community engagement and employee volunteer programs.

She is a former co-chair, current member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for Global Gaming Women, current chairman of the National Gambling Commission’s Responsible Gaming Committee, director of the Massachusetts Gaming and Health Commission, and member of the African American Commission on Gaming. Barlow has an M.B.A. degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago and will be based at Barley’s headquarters in Providence, Rhode Island.
