Caesars Entertainment Announces Plans to Reopen Las Vegas

Caesars Entertainment Corp. today announced that it will resume gaming and service operations at Caesars Palace and Flamingo Las Vegas properties on a Nevada-designated reopening date and time. The company plans to comply with all reopening instructions from Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak, the Nevada Game Management Board and public health officials.

The company also announced that it expects Hara’s Las Vegas Casino & Hotel and LINQ Hotel + Experience’s gaming floors to reopen as the next real estate in Las Vegas, determining the timing based on customer demand.

Caesars Palace and Flamingo will both offer slot machines and table games, as well as accommodation, dining options, and outdoor pool access. All services will operate in a manner that complies with physical distancing guidelines. The company will suspend fees for paid self-parking in Las Vegas.

The company also expects several retail and restaurant stores to reopen along the LINQ trail, as well as high roller observation wheels. 온라인경마

“Reopening with a phased approach will be an important milestone for Caesars Entertainment as Las Vegas continues to emerge from the necessary shutdowns,” said Tony Rodio, CEO of Caesars Entertainment. “We are excited to welcome guests and our staff back to our properties. We are grateful to those who have worked on the front lines to address this public health emergency. We are hopeful that the country’s continued progress in addressing COVID-19 and the business situation will allow us to reopen more properties and bring in our colleagues.”

Some services, including live entertainment, bars, spas, buffets and valet parking, will not immediately reopen. However, once these facilities are restored, they will operate under physical distancing guidelines. Caesars’ other Las Vegas properties and dining facilities are expected to reopen based on customer demand.

Caesars Palace and Flamingo will implement the company’s previously announced enhanced health and safety protocols that enhance the company’s existing plans and practices in this area. The management of both properties focuses on the well-being of team members, guests, and communities and will strive to create an environment with improved standards of hygiene and physical distancing practices.

Among the improved health and safety protocols are more frequent cleaning and hygiene. Caesars will also implement a health screening program for all employees to determine which employees should be tested for COVID-19 before returning to work, after which an employee temperature check will be performed before all work hours. Team members will be required to wear masks, which will be provided by the company. Masks will also be provided to guests, and they will be strongly encouraged to wear them during the visit.
