JANG WOO-JIN AND LIM JONG-HOON SECURE MEN’S DOUBLE BRONZE FOR KOREA

The Korean pair of Jang Woo-jin and Lim Jong-hoon (KEUR 1) secured the men’s doubles bronze medal at the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games. The duo defeated India’s 38th-ranked pair of Manushi Shah-Manav Thakkar 3-2 (11-8 7-11 12-10 6-11 11-9) in the quarterfinals of the men’s doubles table tennis competition on Tuesday at the Archer Canal Sports Park Gymnasium in Hangzhou, China. Jang Woo-jin and Lim Jong-hoon clinched the podium. Lim and Zhang will face the winner of the match between Liang Jingkun-Ling Gaoyuan (ranked 36th) and Zhuang Zhiyuan-Lin Yunru (ranked 12th) in the one-day semifinals.
