The FSB Announces New Global Strategy and Interim CEO Adam Smith

Naturally, FSB has won the EGR Multi – Channel Supplier of the Year Award and is celebrating a very successful year filled with growth and expansion in a variety of areas, including new Tier 1 partnerships recently announced in the UK, Europe, and Africa.

These international territories will now be the foundation for FSB operations during 2023, with the main goal of accelerating current customer expansion and leveraging the latest opportunities across the region through FSB’s well-known award-winning interface.

In March 2022, FSB developed into one of the first vendors to accept regulatory approvals in the Ontario, Canada, where the region is currently committed to launching the organization’s two main products/services for the first quarter of 2023.

Adam Smith, FSB’s new interim CEO, said, “It is a great honor for me to lead FSB by 2023. Our world-class technology and the talent of our people means there is a huge opportunity for the organization. Our strategic review at the end of the year has allowed us to further strengthen our laser focus on deliveries for existing and new partners across our core markets in 2023, and we continue to work closely with our private equity partner Clairvest and share tremendous positivity over the next year.”

Ian Freeman, FSB’s chief revenue officer, said, “2022 has been a successful year for FSB across its core markets as we build new partnerships and our existing customers enjoy strong growth and new market expansion. We are honored to work with an excellent operating team within our customer base, and our primary goal is to work with FSB resources to support the best market conditions and revenue opportunities. In this context, we are prioritizing investment in the costly U.S. market in the short to medium term.”
